What it does
The everyday work of a movement practice, from the first booking to the follow-up.
Online booking
Clients book from your own booking page or a widget on your website, with live availability for each practitioner and no double-bookings.
Classes and waitlists
Timetables with capacity limits. When a spot frees up, the next person on the waitlist is booked in and told automatically.
Session packs
Sell packs of sessions. Each booking draws one down, your cancellation policy decides what happens on a late cancel, and clients can see their balance.
Client records and clinical notes
Assessment and session notes from templates you control. Signed notes are locked, and corrections are added as dated amendments.
Annotated postural photos
Take photos, mark up lines, angles and plumb lines, and compare before and after side by side or overlaid.
Homework
Build programs from an exercise library. Clients follow them on their phone and tick off what they've done.
Reminders
Email and SMS confirmations, and reminders the day before, sent for you. A cancelled or moved booking updates them.
Invoicing
Invoices with GST, VAT or sales tax worked out for your country, and your ABN, EIN or VAT number on them.
Card payments and card on file
Take card payments and keep a card on file for packs, memberships and no-show fees, through Stripe.
Locations and team
Run one room or several sites. Owners, front desk and practitioners each see what their role needs.

Your clients trust you with health information. We treat it that way.
Clinical notes and photos are encrypted
Notes, medical alerts, goals and postural photos are encrypted inside Slinggate with a separate key for each business, on top of the encryption our hosting providers use.
Hosted in our region
Client records are stored in Sydney, Australia, and photos in the Asia Pacific region, encrypted.
Never used to train AI
Client data is never used to train AI, and no feature sends client records to an AI service.
